KTR made sarcastic remarks about the family survey, stating it is out of line.
The “Family Survey” document on Telangana’s official website has sparked political controversy after BRS leader KTR pointed out errors in the survey. Following his comments, the document was removed from the site. While BRS leaders criticize the move as a government failure, officials claim the survey was temporarily removed for updates. Telangana residents are questioning the survey’s inaccuracies and its future availability.

The “Family Survey” document, which was uploaded on the Telangana government’s official website, has now become a political controversy. BRS leader and former minister KTR criticized the survey in the Assembly, pointing out several errors. Following his remarks, the PDF file was reportedly removed from the website, according to BRS leaders.
BRS youth leader Kreeeshank highlighted the issue on Twitter, mentioning that the “Family Survey” document is no longer available on the Telangana government website. Reacting to this, KTR sarcastically tweeted, tagging the Chief Minister's office, and said, “Very well done. Excellent performance.”
BRS leaders are trying to portray the incident as a failure of the government. Since coming to power, the state government has been conducting multiple surveys, and the opposition is accusing the "Family Survey" of containing incorrect data.
Government officials, however, have denied these accusations, stating that the document was temporarily removed from the website for a full update of the survey. However, the government has not yet issued an official statement regarding the issue.
Regardless of the details, the removal of the “Family Survey” has now turned into a political issue. The BRS leadership is trying to frame it as a failure of governance. Meanwhile, the people of Telangana are questioning what exactly went wrong with the survey and whether it will be updated and re-uploaded on the website.
